daily gripe

what a weekend!

so i thought that the mobilisation was going to be routine i.e. they don't call me. then the London Blasts happened, which btw, i feel sympathetic to the victims. those blasts could have occured almost anywhere, even singapore. we should feel lucky that we weren't the targets this time round.

*minute of silence*

anyway, as i was saying...i wished that there wouldn't be a mob. guess what. there was a mob. i had to bloody report to nee soon camp in the middle of nowhere to walk around the length of the camp, just to register my name in three places, one of which didn't have my name on the nominal roll at all!! oh yah, and to listen to a 'pep' talk by one of my officers too. gosh on a sunday morning.

add to that i had a fever the morning of the mobilisation. was tossing and turning and just really couldn't sleep. double whammy.
