chinatown blues?

The sentiment of stall owners is generally bleak, "There are many people but few are buying. They keep bargaining." sentiments from Chinatown store owners , article from Channel News Asia.

now that is really funny. i wonder if the prices weren't placed so high in the beginning, whether more people would buy from them. or if the portions weren't so small, that if they were more generous, would more people decide to purchase?or rather, if the portions were reasonable and the prices slightly higher, just maybe more people might decide that they do not mind being conned.

walked through chinatown in the past week. still think it is madness. what more on CNY eve? river hong bao? hah!

anyways, loading a photo from the Nokia awards night last friday evening. it's funny how the dress code can say black tie and we get away with wearing formal. =)
